We identified an issue with Merchant API which caused increase error rates when trying to perform API requests. We worked with our external vendor to resolve the issue and once it was resolved error rates dropped back to expected levels.
If you sent any data to the API between 13:00 GMT and 16:30 GMT, we recommend that you replay those requests to ensure all expected actions have taken place.
